Our Director and Principal Immigration Advisor, Sumeet Singh is a Registered Migration Agent with the OMARA, requiring RMA’s to demonstrate good character and competency in providing Australian Immigration Advice. Mr. Singh came to Australia as a skilled worker on SC189 Visa himself and is aware that representation in visa matters involves way more than merely completing and lodging application forms; it involves the correct interpretation and application of legislation and policy to a particular case. Our qualifications give us significant experience to undertake advanced legal research, drafting and preparing complex legal submissions and in identifying any evidentiary issues that may exist with a particular application.
In addition, as the immigration law in Australia is constantly changing, so we ensure that we are on top of any legal changes. Our Principal Consultant
Sumeet Singh has completed a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law & Practice in 2020 from Griffith University, Queensland and then passed the prestigious capstone assessment, a pre requisite to be a Registered Migration Agent.
Furthermore, Sumeet is a Telecommunications Engineering Graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration who migrated to Australia in early 2015 on a skilled independent migrant visa himself. During his early career in 2007, he has worked as lead engineer with esteemed global organizations such as Ericsson, Altran and ZTE before moving down under for better. In Australia, he has worked for Telstra and Brennan IT, Australia’s biggest IT service provider. So, rest assured that our principal have plenty of experience to guide his clients. His solid domain experience in Engineering and IT Industry is a bonus to students and professionals coming for immigration advice.
Our principal now practices as a Registered Migration Agent, and dedicating all his efforts to become an expert in this complex immigration law area. Sumeet assesses potential migrants and advise them on suitable visa options. He has an in-depth knowledge of in demand occupations, skill assessment requirements, overseas qualification equivalency, state nomination eligibility and employer sponsored pathways etc. He loves finding visa pathways for clients, allowing them to realize their dream of Australian residency
